La Esperanza Clinic is looking for a mission-driven Dentist to join our team! The Staff Dentist is responsible for delivery of quality dental care to patients of the Center and functions as a member of the multi-disciplinary health care team within the scope of his or her dental practice.

Assists the dentist in providing professional and quality care to dental patients.  Performs accurate dental charting and recording.

The Practice Manager is an integral part of the healthcare team. They provide direction, leadership, and administration of all aspects of clinical operations to ensure successful objectives. The Practice Manager directs and supervises the clinic operations, clinical providers, nursing staff, and registration services. The Practice Manager is responsible for all clinical, administrative, clerical, and business functions in their area of responsibility. The Practice Manager serves as the primary liaison between administration, clinical providers, and clinical staff.

The primary function of the MA is to provide direct and indirect support to the clinician in the delivery of patient care. The MA prepares the exam room, chart, and patient to be seen by the practitioner and performs/implements orders for diagnostic tests. S/he accurately administers medications, including immunizations by all routes except IV. S/he routinely arranges outside referral appointments and provides patient education under the direction of the clinician when appropriate. The MA must function under the direct supervision of a physician, RN, or midlevel practitioner. The MA is expected to consult frequently with the supervising practitioner and to inform the clinician of the information given or actions taken.
