We offer a sliding fee scale to ensure services remain affordable for patients without insurance or with limited income. Eligibility for the sliding fee scale is based on household size and income, in accordance with federal poverty guidelines. This program reduces the cost of medical, dental, and behavioral health services, helping our patients access the care they need without financial barriers.
