About
Josiah Ward, DO, is a devoted physician, husband, and father of six who, though originating from the Northwest, embraced a Texan lifestyle in 2014. He is a board-certified physician and served 10 years as a pediatrician trainee/provider with the United States Air Force, where he achieved the United States Air Force Meritorious Service Medal for his outstanding clinical care, patient engagement and safety ultimately achieving high-status as the medical director of Goodfellow Airforce Base’s Child Development Center. Following service, he was a pediatrician at Community Medical Associates and Shannon Medical Center, becoming one of the Concho Valley's leading providers of virtual medicine in efforts to reduce barriers for patients seeking healthcare. He is president of the Concho Valley County Medical Society and has received awards and positions for professorship such as Texas A&M Clinical Assistant Professor and Preceptor of the Year from Hardin-Simmons University. As a clinician, supervisor, and professor, he is dedicated to fostering a healthcare environment where every patient feels valued and respected.
